"I so need this!"

Jane Hathaway cried aloud, although she was home alone in her apartment. She clapped a hand over her mouth, hoping she hadn't yelled loud enough to irritate the asshole who lived next door. He always banged on the wall if she was even remotely loud. She had to buy expensive headphones just so she could jam to her own music.

Other than Ben the wall pounder, she enjoyed living alone. She divorced her husband of eight years when she caught him stepping out with a woman barely out of college.
